This Privacy Policy explains how Cravri Team (“Cravri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Cravri application and related services (the “Service”).

For AI emoji/GIF creation, uploads are processed on Cravri-controlled servers and deleted immediately after processing.

3) Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide

Account information: name, username, email.
Customer support: the contents of messages you send, including any info you choose to share.
User content for creation (optional): photos/images (including selfies) and/or text prompts you submit to generate emojis or GIFs.

3.2 Information collected automatically

Device information: device model, OS version, app version, language, and technical identifiers needed to operate the Service.
Usage data: feature usage, interactions, timestamps, and performance metrics.
Crash logs/diagnostics: crash reports and debugging data.
Location (with permission only): approximate or precise location depending on permissions.

4) How We Use Information

Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, login, core features).
Generate face-swap emojis and GIFs you request.
Personalize your experience (preferences).
Improve the Service (analytics, performance, troubleshooting).

5) AI Features, Photos, and Face-Related Processing

5.1 What we do

Cravri enables AI-based creation of emojis and GIFs (including face-swap and related transformations). You can choose to upload images and/or provide text prompts.

5.2 Where processing occurs

If you upload images or text, they are processed on servers controlled by Cravri Team (our own infrastructure). We do not share your uploaded images or prompts with third parties for processing.

5.3 Deletion and storage

Uploads are used only to generate the content you request.
Uploads are deleted immediately after processing is complete (typically within minutes).
Generated results are, by default, stored locally on your device.
You control whether you upload content and whether you generate content.

5.4 No face recognition or biometric identification

We do not perform face recognition or biometric identification and do not create biometric templates from your photos.

5.5 No training or marketing use

We do not use your uploaded photos, face imagery, or prompts to train our models, build marketing profiles, or for advertising purposes.

6) Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Web Beacons

If you use web-based parts of the Service, we may use cookies or similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to support login, remember preferences, and help operate and improve the Service.

We may share information only in limited situations and only to the minimum extent necessary:

With your consent or at your direction.
With service providers/contractors acting on our behalf under contractual protections (processors).
For legal reasons (compliance with law and legal process).
To protect rights and safety (enforcement, fraud prevention, security).
Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition) with appropriate protections.

For clarity: we do not share your AI generation uploads (photos/images and text prompts) with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information.

8) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses, “SCCs,” or other lawful mechanisms).

Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
Access controls and least-privilege practices.
Regular reviews/audits and monitoring.
Backups and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10) Data Retention

Account data: for as long as your account is active.
Account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (unless required by law).
Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
Support communications: up to 6 months.
AI uploads (photos/prompts): deleted promptly after processing is complete.

11) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where applicable (including location permissions via device settings).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the Effective Date. Continued use after the Effective Date means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
